To develop Pharmacy students with requisite knowledge, technical & scientific skills and competencies to meet current needs of health care system. The mission of the Department of Pharmaceutics including Biotechnology is to educate and mentor students to:

• Provide high quality education and inculcate the spirit of Pharmacy professionalism in students.
• Develop various skills in the formulation, evaluation and industrialization of various Pharmaceutical dosage forms and novel drug delivery systems.
• Provide an academic environment that promotes effective mentoring, professional growth and development.
